Summer squash, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, beets, green beans, cucumbers, lettuce, greens spinach, chard, pak choy, onions, winter squash, peas, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes popcorn, eggplant, melons, sweet corn, tomatoes, sprouts, wheatgrass, flowers and herbs.
We have a fruit and berry add-in in partnership with FieldStone Orchard Overbrook Kansas. you pick 5 varities in season from the following list.
rubarb, strawberries,pie cherries, blackberries, raspberries, pluns, peaches, grapes, asian pears and appples.

2 acres - 10+ years soil building and no-till practice, using newspaper and recycled brown paper covered with 3″ mulch on top. Planting in soil/compost in the mulch.
Cover crops: barley and oats. Crop rotation used.
